Client packets & PDF editor for Mac

Your proposal, invoice and terms.
One checked PDF.

Save the documents a client packet needs as a reusable checklist. Choose a client’s folder, let bitPDF check the files, then export one new PDF. Your original files stay unchanged.

Made for the documents you send every week

Same packet.
Next client.

A proposal, an invoice and the terms. Instead of hunting for each file and page again, reuse the checklist: bitPDF finds one file for each requirement, checks the pages and the client’s name, and blocks export if anything is missing or duplicated.

Made for the task at hand

Check the packet. Then send it.

01

Save the requirements once

List 2 to 8 required documents with a filename match and the pages to include. Keep up to 20 saved checklists.

02

Check before you export

A missing file, more than one match, a missing page or a missing client name keeps export blocked. The client-name check looks for text; it doesn’t verify identity.

03

Finish the details

Edit existing PDF text, update a selected image, fill supported forms, organize pages and make English scans searchable on your Mac.
